The Government has fixed a specific role to the private sector in the field of industries, trade and services sector. Thus private sector is playing an important role in managing the entire agricultural sector and thereby providing the entire food supply to the millions.

The role of the Public Prosecutor begins once the police has conducted the investigation and filed the charge sheet in the court. He represents the interests of the State and conduct the prosecution on behalf of the State. The Public Prosecutor is not involved in the investigation that is conducted by the police.

Hope it helps :)

As an officer of the court it is his/her duty to act impartially and present the full and material facts. witnesses and evidence.
