It is extremely sad that in India, being the ruling party has become more of a privilege than a responsibility and an opportunity to improve the country.
Betterment of society; reduction of gap between poor and rich; improvement in economic conditions; and of course, making India a happy place, are some of the jobs that are yet to be completed by any the ruling party in the Indian history and present.

The role of ruling party is -
☆ To provide governance which says equality, equity and give every sector/every person a equal opportunity
☆ To support the good deeds in parliament
☆ Criticizing the opposition party if they are doing wrong and taking actions
☆ Doing what is good for the society
