technology is responsible for shaping the 19th century world.... this is because due to new modes of transport goods could be transported easily, cheaply and quickly.... 

also earlier meats were carried without being killed or slaughtered... due to this some of them died... also it is costly because foods for them are also needed.... after refrigerated ships were invented meats were slaughtered at the begining of the journey.... this becomes more cheaply and meats were transported in large quantities...

Purane samay mein meat ko Kaat kar ek desh se dusre desh mein transport nhi kar sakte the kyuki ek desh se dusre desh mein Jaane ke liye bahut samaya lagta tha, is vajah se meat kharab ho jata tha isliye animals ko jinda transport karna Hota tha.

Phir uske baad refrigerated ships ka invention hua, tab se meat ko pehle cut kiya Jaata hai aur phir transport kiya Jaata tha..
