The formation of germ-cell or sperms takes place in the testes.Also it produce a hormone,called testosterone,which brings about changes in appearance seen in boys at the time of puberty.

The formation and maturation of sperms takes place in the testes.In addition to this testes produces the male sexual hormone testosterone which is responsible for the secondary sexual characteristics in men like Beard, Hair in genital area, and Voice alteration.
