From given data,
f2/f1 = 3/2
f2/1440 = 3/2
f2 = 1440 × 3/2
f2 = 2160 rpm
Also,
f3/f2 = 4/1
f3/2160 = 4
f3 = 2160×4
f3 = 8640 rpm
Therefore, rpm of last driven pulley must be 8640 rpm.
