If I say a reality then it cannot be define.
Because many rules are there regarding various types of constitution but are they really work? If the ministers are good then they maintain a good ruling;if not good u can know only.
The main problem is there that if we always want a guider. to guide us whether in the relationship of constitution.So it should not be there.
We doesn't want anyone to explain us about just a simple thing related to Our Country(India).
So sorry for this much biggest answer but if you can understand it;believe me u will also not want any guider to ask this.
