There are many rules in English grammar for changing the voice . According to the function of the sentence sentence is divided by five categories,voice change can be done by them, and they are assertive,interrogative, imperative, optative, and exclamatory sentences .

Above all depends on the Tense.

One of the easiest ways to change the voice is : object +auxiliary verb(to be / to have - being / been) +main verb - past participle form + subject ( object form of pronoun)

Examples:

1. I eat rice. - Active voice

Rice is eaten by me. - Passive voice

2. Ram is writing a letter. - Active voice

A letter is being written by Ram. - Passive voice

3. He has finished his dinner. - Active voice

His dinner has been finished by him. - Passive voice

4. She bought a pen. - Active voice

A pen was bought by her. - Passive voice

5. My grandfather was painting a wonderful scenery. - Active voice

A wonderful scenery was being painted by my grandfather

6 They will help you. - Active voice

You will be helped by them. - Passive voice.

7. You will be reading a story book. - Active voice

A story book will be being read by you. - Passive voice.
