What is the rule that governs enzyme activity with rise of 10°C temperature upto a certain stage? Please answer it....it's urgent

For every 10 degree Celsius rise in temperature the rate of enzyme activity doubles until optimum temperature.

It can be explained by Arrhenius equation. But that comes under chemical kinetics of chemistry.
