on the fillowing basis:
1-poverty line.
2-per year income.
3-owned assests such as- houses,vehicles,credit in banks etc.
BUT AT MOST THE OOVERTY LINE IS BEING SET AS AN APPROPIATE MEASURE FOR THE CORRECT MEASURE IF PEOPLE IN TO THE CATEGORIES OF RICH,MEDIUM AND POOR.
