Scientic notation is basically used to write the larger numbers smaller. So I choose the number which was 7.2, I didn't take the zeros because the whole point of scientific notation is to write the zeros more clean. So, know using the scientific notation we have include the rest of the equation, because currently the equation only has 7.2. Then count how many places the decimal has to move right, until the end of the equation. I counted 9. So that's how I got the answer.
