what is the seasonal and disguised unemployment​

seasonal is in a perticular season like woolen industry, peasents who work in others farm and do not have their own farm etc. and disguised employment is when more than needed people are involved in a perticular activity like in a farm 2 families are needed and 4 are working other 2 are surplus and are not working to increase in production

Seasonal Unemployment happens when people are not able to find jobs during some months of the year. People dependant upon agricultural fields usually face this problem. There are some busy seasons like Sowing, Harvesting, Weeding & Threshing is done. Certain months do not provide work to the people dependant on Agriculture...

In Disguised Unemployment, people appear to be employed but are unemployed in reality. This mostly happens among family members in Agricultural activity. If people are removed, the productivity of the field will not decline...
