we can be fit amd fina by doing some exercise by not eating junk food and otjer types of food like chowmen which children mostly like burger tikiya and so on so they did not give you any type of energy so it is like waste in your body so last i want to say thay by exercise yoga running skipping by not eating junk and out foods we can fit and fine
