a blackhole is in the shape of the sphere. a blackhole has strong forces of attractions and pulls everything present in the surroundings into itself the force of the pull is so intense that even light cannot escape it

the shape of black hole is a sphere as all of the planets and stars have.

it is because all the gravitational atrraction of the black hole is centraised and to meet all the distance of the event horizon equal it is in a sphere and the other possible theory is that  when the black hole gravitational make a deep hole in the the space time it create a loop which is in sphere
