are you sure about the charge? because that i know is that SbF5 is a neutral molecule

Ok assuming that this is true [SbF5] -2 it will be square pyramidal shaped
and the hybridization is sp3d2
you calculate it the following way way:
Sb has 5 valence electron+2more electron(for unit -ve charge)+5 more electron (from each F atom)=12
so steric number is 12/2=6
but here one pair of electron is present as lone pair.
