SF4 molecule shape is seesaw. It possess sp3d hybridisation. There r 4 bonded pairs of electrons and one lone pair of electeon on S. Lone pair occupies equatorial position in trigonal bipyramidal structure. Remaining four positions will be occupied by F. This shape is called seesaw structure.
