   The C.G.S. of Density is gram per cubic centimetre  g cm^{-3} .

Density of a substance is its mass per unit volume.
DENSITY =  \frac{mass}{volume} .

By this formula we get S.I unit
DENSITY =
 \frac{g}{ cm^{3} } .

By this method you can derive S.I. and C.G.S. unit of DEnsity.
