Thank you for getting in touch with us for the answer of your query. The graphical representation of motion tells about the uniformity and non uniformity of the motion. For the derivation of the equations by the graphs, I have attached two attachments for both 2nd and 3rd equation with the graphs. I hope these attachments will be much helpful for you and you will be able to understand the each step.

Answer:

Graphs are used to represent the relation between two physical quantities. When a body is at rest, the distance-time graph is a straight line parallel to time axis. When the body is.in uniform motion, the distance-time graph is a straight line inclined to time axis. The slope of a distance-

time graph gives speed, A velocity-time graph is a straight line parallel to time axis for a body moving with uniform velocity. When the velocity changes by equal amounts in equal intervals of time then the velocity-time graph is a straight line inclined to time axis. The slope of the velocity-time graph gives acceleration. When a body is moving with variable acceleration then the velocity-time graph is a curved line.
