Euler's theorem!
F+V-E = 2
where,
F = faces
V = Vertices
E = edges
According to this theorem when difference of edges from the sum of faces and vertices then the answer is always 2.
For example:
♦ Cube
V = 8
E = 12
F = 6
Now,
According to Euler's theorem
F+V-E = 2
i.e
6 + 8 - 12 = 2
