in democracy Parliament is the highest law making body which makes good decisions and also appoints various of ministers like Prime Minister Council ministers and it also passes the budget for the country it it passes certain bills which are being then cannot be rejected by the president but they can be delayed by the president so the Bill passed by the parliament is the confirmed bill and then it becomes a law it also amend the constitution of India that is no amendment can takes place in absence of Parliament so there is very important of parliaments in democracy and there are certain points given in 9th class books also civics book chapter 5 institutional design to that also
