Answer:

could not understand seond part sry

Explanation:

photosnthesis balances the air in atmosphere. its waste product is oxygen which is useful for humans. photosynthesis produces food for the plant.

it intakes water and carbon dioxide and in the presence of sunlight and chlorophyll forms glucose and releases oxygen.

formula

6 CO2 + 6 H2O = C6H1206 + 6 O2

Significance of photosynthesis:

  • Photosynthesis is a process which maintains the oxygen and carbon dioxide balance of the atmosphere.
  • The carbon dioxide produced by other living organisms is used in the dark phase to produce Glucose which is again a source of our food.

Events of photosynthesis:

The three events that occur during the process of photosynthesis are :

(1) Abosption of light energy by chlorophyll.

(2) Conversion of light energy to chemical energy (in the form of ATP and NADPH).

(3)Splitting of water molecules into hydrogen and oxygen.
