Hi Drithi!!

we all know that in a democratic country we have the freedom of speech and expression..
everyone can freely express their views and oppose the government's actions and policies..
The Government is accountable to the people and must listen to their pleas and demands...

If the highest authority in any country becomes a dictator and forcibly imposes rules according to his own wishes, then that  government is bound not to be democratic..
The law is the same for all and everyone is equal before it..there is no partiality to be shown to anyone if he/she has done a crime or an offence......
The rule of law is important to keep the powers of the ministers in check and to prevent them from misusing their powers..Each Individual's basic rights are always to be respected in order to ensure  a proper afministration...

Hope that helps you!
