This is a very famous story composed by O.Henry

The Significance of this story is that if you want to do something you can achieve me, just you need is to have believe on yourself, and you have to be positive

If you are positive all your will power is good then nothing is impossible

Just you need is to be courage

Thus, according to the story, Johnsy, was suffering from pneumonia. There was a old ivy creeper whose leaves were falling down, Johnsy thought that when the last leaf will fall, at the same time she must also die.

But, Behrman who was leaving in her house painted the last leaf which looked exactly the same as real one and it was his masterpiece.
