The similarities between chlorophyll and haemoglobin are
i ) Both contain four pyrole rings
ii ) made up of C,H,N and O
iii) fundamental molecules of life
iv) Hemoglobin and Chlorophyll have similar structures.
v) Chlorophyll is built around a structure known as a porphyrin ring, which occurs in a variety of natural organic molecules. Hemoglobin also contains porphyrin ring. The most apparent difference between them is that the porphyrin ring of hemoglobin is built around iron (Fe), while the porphyrin ring of chlorophyll is built around magnesium.

Explanation:
Hemoglobin and Chlorophyll have similar structures. The main difference is that hemoglobin is built around iron (Fe), where as chlorophyll is built around magnesium, (Mg). The primary function for hemoglobin is to transport oxygen from the lungs to other parts of the body.
