what is the simplest answer for diffusion and osmosis?? Are they interconnected??

its very easy , yes somehow the diffusion and osmosis are interconnceted with each other
diffusion :- these move from the region of high concentration to the region of low concentration .
osmosis :-these move from the water molecule to the region of high concentration to the region of low concentration

movement of water molecules from high concentration to low concentration across a semi permeable membrane is osmosis.

Actually osmosis is a type of diffusion.
