What is the situation of distribution of cultivated land in India?

Yes, in India distribution of cultivated or usable land is unequal which can be shown as, In Punjab the land utilisation is about of 80% while in stares like Arunachal Pradesh it's only if 10 % this shows that their is unequal usage of land in India.
