Hi Mate!!!
Let the line cuts x axis at ( a , 0)
Slope = 9 / -a = -7.
a = 9 /7 and b = 9
Slope intercept form of a line is
( x / a ) + ( y / b ) = 1
Where a is intercept on xais and b is intercept on y axis
[x / (9/7)] +[y / 9] = 1
7x + 9y = 9
