slope intersept form is y=mx+c,
where m is the slope.

4y=-x+12,

then

y=-x/4 + 12/4,

y=-x/4 + 3

then
slope will be -1/4

Heres the answer,

Let's take das 4 than,

x+4y=12

4y=12-4

y=8

Now plot the coordinate (4,8) on a graph you would find the slope.
