2y =  - 2y + 6x + 9 \\ 4y = 6x + 9 \\ y =  \frac{3}{2} x +  \frac{9}{4}  \\  y = mx + c \:  \\ compare \: both \: of \: them \\  \\ m =  \frac{3}{2}

Hence,

Slope is 3/2
