Hai friend,

here is your answer,

general form :-

y= mx + c,
where m is the slope of the line

mx+ny-9=0

ny = -mx + 9

y = -m/n x+ 9/n

it is in the form of y =mx +c

comparing the terms
slope m = -m / n

there fore, slope of the line mx+ny-9=0
is -m / n

hope helped :)
