To find slope of the line, first bring it in the form of y=mx+c

so,y-3=0

y=3

y=0x+3

now comparing eq 1 with y=mx+c

we get m=0

slope=0

Answer:

m=0

Step-by-step explanation:

Equation of line is y=mx+C...eq1

Given equation is y-2/3=0

Then, y=2/3...eq2

We get, mx=0

Now there are two cases

Case 1 if x=0 then line will be parallel to x axis so m=0

Case 2 if m=0 then also line will be parallel to x axis.

Hence taking intersection of both the cases we get m=0.
