10080 is the answer.

because, the LCM of all given numbers 6,8,15,16,20 is:240

but we want smallest 5 digit number, so, the smallest 5 digit number that is divisible by all given number must be close to 10000 (which is smallest 5 digit number of all)

so divide the 10000 by 240

10000/240=41.666666 recurring

so, it is approximately equal to 42

so 240*42=10080.

240*41 gives you 4 digit number.

so 10080 is the smallest five digit number that is divisible by all given numbers.
