Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Smallest four digit number= 1000

Decide it by 6 so it gives remainder 4

Now decide it by 4 , it gives remainder as 0

Now take out LCM OF 4 & 6 WHICH IS

12 IS LCM

HENCE IT WILL BE ADDED TO 1000 WHICH GIVES 1012

NOW ADD 3 TO IT

NOW IT BECOMES 1015

IT CAN GIVE REMAINDER AS 3 WHEN DIVEDED BY 4 BUT DOESN'T GIVES 5 AS REMAINDER SO ADD AGAIN 4 TO IT BECAUSE ON DEVIDING BY 1015 FROM SIX IT WILL GIVE REMAINDER 1 AND 1+4=5

HENCE YOUR ANSWER IS 1019
