i got it

smallest four digit no.is 1000

when divided by 6 leaves remainder 5 i.e;1001

but it is not satisfies when divided by 5,

so 1013 is satisfies both the conditions

1013/6 leaves remainder 5 and 1013/5 leaves remainder 3

therefore the required number is 1013
