I am assuming you mean smallest whole number. Otherwise you could divide 2662 by (1/2662²) and have a quotient of 2662³, which would be a perfect cube.

So ignoring any trick like that, prime factor 2662, and you get 2 x 11³, so divide 2662 by 2, the quotient is 11³, or 1331.
