=>first let us find the prime factorsiation of  539

=>it is in the photo given below

=>539 =  7*7*11

=>539 = 7
²  *11

we see that 7 is in pair whreas 11 isnt

∴11 is is the smallest number by which 539 should be multiplied so that the product is a perfect square
=>539 /11 = 49

=>√49 = 7
