BY MULTIPLYING 576 BY 3 IT GIVES THE ANS AS 1728 WHICH IS A PERFECT SQUARE OF 12.

THEREFORE,

= 576 × 3

= 1728

∴√1728 = 12

∴ 12² = 1728

HENCE STATED 1728 IS A PERFECT SQUARE 12²
