Well the correct answer maybe is 27
Coz if we look it by this way , i.e
If i subtract (-20) from 556 it will give 576 which is perfect square of 24
Now as we can se obviously -20 is smaller than +27
So what we can we say answer is -20
No !!! There’s the catch it is possible for more numbers also like -69,-120... so on

So it should be mentioned in question that what is smallest positive number otherwise answer will not be defined.
