What is the smallest number which should be (i)subtracted from and (ii)added to: a)5213 to get a number divisible by 5 (please full method i cant understand)

as the divisibility rule of 5 is that the ones place should be 5 or 0, the number that

1) should be subtracted from 5213 is 3, as it results 5210 which is divisible by 5

2)should be added is 2, as it results to 5215 which is divisible by 5
