So, 144 - 3  = 14

     180 - 3 = 177

     192 -  3 = 189

Now,

HCF of 141, 177 and 189 is 3.

And according to question It leaves remainder 3 in each case.

141 = 23 * 6 + 3

177 = 29 * 6 + 3

189 = 31 * 6 + 3

Thus, 6 is the number.
