Answer:

A prime number is a whole number greater than 1 that can only be divided by itself and 1. The smallest prime numbers are 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19 and 23. The number 2 is the only even prime number.

4

All even number except 2 are composite numbers. 4 is the smallest composite number.

9

Smallest Odd Composite Number = 9.

Examples of composite odd numbers are 9, 15, 21, 25, 27, etc. Consider the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 15. Here 9 and 15 are the odd composites because those two numbers have the odd divisors and satisfy the composite condition.

The only factor of 1 is 1. A prime number has exactly two factors so 1 isn't prime. A composite number has more than 2 factors, so 1 isn't composite.
