8 ( x - 1 ) = 4 ( 3x - 2 ) - 4x

⇒ 8x - 8 = 12x - 8 - 4x

⇒ 12x - 4x - 8x = - 8 + 8

⇒ - 8x + 8x = 0

⇒ x = 0.

∴ The solution will be x = 3...ok...
