hey friend

here is your answer

K.E=1/2 m v²

K.E of body moving with velocity 2 V  = 4mV²/2=2mV²

K.E of body moving with velocity 3 V= 9mV²/2

ratio of their kinetic energy= 2mV²÷9mV²/ 2

4mV²/9mV²= 4/9 = 0.4

HOPE IT HELPS U PLEASE MARK ME AS BRAINIEST
