what is the solution of pair of liner equations in two variable 2x+y=6 and 4x+2y=5
2x + y =6 \: and4x + 2y = 5

Answer:

2x + y = 6

y = 6 - 2x ----- (i)

4x + 2y = 5 ----- (ii)

2y = 5 - 4x

y = 2.5 - 2x

as both equations have same slope but different y-intercepts, they are parallel ie they have no solution.
