Answer:

m=2

Step-by-step explanation:N

GIVEN EQUATION => m-m-1/2+m-2/4=1

   TO SOLVE THIS => m-m-1/2+m-2/4=1

                               => m-m+m-1/2-2/4=1 (cancel the m's)

                               => m-1/2-2/4=1 (transpose the similar ones to the RHS       part)

                               => m=1+1/1+2/4 (take LCM therefore LCM = 4)

                               => m=4+2+2/4

                               => m=8/4 =>2

THEREFORE WHEN THE EQUATION IS SOLVED THE ANSWER IS m=2.
