What is the source of nitrogen in the food waste?

Now a days food waste is a major problem in the world.wasting food tells that wasting of time,food,nesseary things to cook.Food consists of nitrogen and it's compounds.By wasting or throwing food leads to the increase in the amount of nitrogen in soil.Now a days we can see that so much of food is wasted unnecessarily on roads and garbages in the excess amount.This leads to the more production of nitrogen.A survey is telling that by wasting food leads to the more production of nitrogen compared to presence in nature.this lead to the more spoiling of soil and some disadvantages to the plants and the environment.the disadvantages like eutrophication ,and loss of absorbing dissolved oxygen,smog,acid rain,thunders ,storms,global warming etc.,
so please don't waste food.
