what is the special feature of heart which does not allow mixing of blood when oxygen rich and carbon dioxide rich blood reaches the heart

Then septum and the valves present in between autrium and ventricles keep the oxygented and deoxygenated blood different.

Left side of heart is separated from the right side by septum which prevents mixing of oxygenated and deoxygenated blood.
