The tidal forest have a breathing roots whose scientific name is Pneumatophores. These forest are under the water during high tide and their roots can easily be seen during low tides. They have silted roots.These forest are also known as mangrove forest or Littoral forest. 
Examples of trees---------- Hintal, Gurjan, Sundari, etc.
