Location: CM Students With An Open Matriculation Reports folder
Purpose: This report is designed to provide a list of students with specialization information for each
open program the student(s) has on record.
Standard View: By default this report provides columns detailing the following: Student, Specialization,
Specialization Category, Total Official GPA, Total Official Earned Credit Hours & Student Count (key
figure).
Variable Entry screen: Specialization as of is used to pull open/valid student specialization(s) on the
date entered. The field must be populated with the calendar date for which the user is seeking student’s
detail; the system automatically inputs the current date, however the value may be modified.
