1) First the velocity of cutting is

calculated in per mm will be

18x10^-3 mm/m.

2) The double stroke given is given to

be 22 so n=22.

3) Finally the speed in mm is

calculated by multiplying the

velocity of cutting with the stoke

length and it comes out to be

0.8181.
