When shift is made from second gear to third gear, the first shift fork returns the second or first synchronizer to the position of neutral. The third or fourth gear is connected to the synchronizer by a second shift fork.
Therefore power flows from third gear of the counter gear to the third gear of the speed gear passing through the main shaft and drive line whose speed is calculated based on the frequency of the synchronizer.
